Disable Gimp splash screen in Ubuntu

If you use Gimp frequently in Ubuntu and want to get rid of splash screen then..

Open menu editor (System >> Preferences >> Main Menu) or type alacarte in Terminal
Find the entry of Gimp, right click, click Properties and add -s or --no-splash to the existing command in Command box.

..but Wilbur is too cute to get rid of..right! :-)
