Hi,

It just save my day...

I had a fresh install with Ubuntu 9.04 from the CD I got from Shipit. I need the ubuntu-restricted-extras but since I got very slow internet connection, I decided to download it from an internet cafe(all are ms windows here). So, I got the script at synaptic, and save it in my external HDD. I already did it before (using usb flash drive with my Intrepid) but to my shock, the internet cafe PC could not detect my external HDD (WD Passport). I seemed those PC don't have SATA support.

I have an extra usb flash disk with me but now without the script. I could not go home and transfer it either. I already transfered to another shop. Then googled for the script. Then I got the one for Ubuntu 8.10, and tried to edit it. Then realized, there could something for Ubuntu 9.04, and reached this page.

Some comments:
I clicked it one by one anyway, but could have been easy with a script since I got wget(windows) with me. Also, the one for Intrepid should have every packaged linked just like the 9.04 page for it might help someone(no wget).

You really save my day... thanks a lot...

P.S. I normally don't post a comment... this time, its an exception.
